Available Position: Project Admin

Position Location: Plainview, NY or New York City, NY

Position Overview: The role of this individual is to provide support to the Project Team, ensuring the effective and smooth running of the day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining files and processing contracts, insurance, submittals, change orders, and RFI’s. They will act as the liaison between clients, and project team, external contacts, etc.

This full-time position would suit someone who is professional, self-motivated, with great communication skills, has an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. This position will require occasional daily travel to project job sites.

Qualification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Sage Construction, Textura, and Procore is a plus.
  • Some knowledge of project management and reading plans /blueprints are a plus.
  • Project Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
