  • Completed in July 2017.
• Northwell 2nd MRI Suite – 958 SF
  • Renovation of existing hospital MRI suite.
  • Completed in June 2017.
• Bay Shore Medical Office Fit-Out – 28,000 SF
  • Complete interior fit-out of a new building.
  • Completed in December 2016.
• Smithtown Imaging – 9,500 SF
  • Interior fit-out of tenant space to establish new Imaging Center.

• Dolan Imaging Center – 17,000 SF
  • Construction of new diagnostic imaging center.
