On August 15, the Bronx Animal Care Center & Veterinary Clinic project site in Bronx, NY, marked a major milestone with a topping out ceremony. The event brought together representatives from EW Howell Construction Group, trade contractors, and key stakeholders from the NYC Department of Design and Construction, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Animal Care Centers of NYC. The highlight was the signing and installation of the topping steel beam, followed by a celebratory onsite luncheon.
