EW Howell Construction Group is thrilled to share that the Chelsea Waterside Park, Phase 2 project has received the 2025 ASLA-NY Merit Award! Presented by The American Society of Landscape Architects, New York (ASLA-NY), this award recognizes excellence in landscape architecture.
As General Contractor for the new Chelsea Waterside Park Comfort Station building, our work included the installation of all foundation, steps, walls, and superstructure, as well as exterior and interior finishes. Designed with sustainability in mind, the Comfort Station boasts solar power roof panels, efficient water fixtures, and low-energy LED sports field lighting.
