Ew Howell Receives Two Prestigious Safety Awards

EW Howell Construction Group was presented with two prestigious safety awards from the national and New York chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America. EW Howell was awarded first place in the Construction Management Division category at the 2023 Willis Towers Watson Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA). Additionally, EW Howell was one of only nine general contractors in New York State to receive the 2022 AGC NYS Safety Excellence Award.

The Willis Towers Watson AGC CSEA Award recognizes companies that developed efficient safety and loss prevention programs, continuing to improve and maintain said programs over time. This 2023 award marks EW Howell’s fourth consecutive year in the top three of the Construction Management Division category. The AGC NYS Safety Excellence Award recognizes AGC NYS members that implemented and maintained excellent safety programs. This 2023 award marks the fifth consecutive year EW Howell has been bestowed this honor.

EW Howell Holds National Safety Stand-Down for Construction Safety Week

Construction Safety Week is an annual, week-long event that promotes safety within the construction industry. In honor of Construction Safety Week 2023, EW Howell held a National Safety Stand-Down, attended by workers to learn about training and safety programs. With these programs, falls and other such on-site accidents can be better prevented. EW Howell extends its thanks to those that participated in our National Safety Stand-Down.
