Howard Rowland Receives S.I.R. Award from AGC New York State

We’re thrilled to share that Howard Rowland, Executive Chairman of EW Howell, has received the S.I.R. Award at AGC New York State’s 2026 Summer Meeting! Regarded as AGC NYS’s highest individual honor, this award is presented to individuals who exemplify the highest standards of “Skill, Integrity, and Responsibility” – the fundamental principles of AGC’s motto.
