EW Howell Construction Group was honored for its excellence in the Top Retail Redevelopment—Suffolk category, specifically for its pivotal role in the Huntington Shopping Center project’s success at the Long Island Business News 2024 Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering Awards event.
This project saw a 222,600-square-foot retail renovation and new construction, including enhancements and repairs to the existing parking lot and installation of benches and public seating. In addition to a new Whole Foods Market, tenants at the shopping center include PetSmart, Ulta Beauty, and Michaels. Pad sites at the shopping center will make way for potential construction for new tenants.
