Scott Lozier, Project Executive at EW Howell Construction Group, graduated from the AGC NYS Construction Leadership Academy of New York State, Class of 2022-2023.
This program is designed for future leaders of the New York construction industry, educating them on the issues related to managing construction businesses in New York. Furthermore, learning is done in a structured environment, allowing attendees to understand topics ranging from employer and labor relations issues to project delivery systems, construction contract documents, and beyond.
