Become a Subcontractor

Thank you for your interest in working with EW Howell. To be considered as a potential subcontractor or vendor, we kindly request that you complete our Prequalification questionnaire.

Once submitted, our Prequalification Coordinator will review the questionnaire and, if approved, will proceed with inviting your firm to our third-party, secure web-based risk management partner, Compass.  You will receive an email from Compass requesting enrollment and are welcome to contact us at any time during the prequalification process.

Please note that prequalification through Compass is required for all subcontractors/vendors to potentially do business with EW Howell and completing this questionnaire and enrollment into Compass does not constitute an award.
