Designed by The Baldassano Group, this project involved the new construction of a 167,000-square-foot Suffolk Nursing Facility on a 27-acre site. The five-story skilled nursing facility accommodates 267 beds. EW Howell Construction Group’s work included excavation, concrete, structural steel masonry, roofing, all interior finishes, and elevators.
