This Sunrise Assisted Living project in Summit, NJ consisted of new construction of a 89,000-square-foot, 3-story Steel and Concrete Structure w/lower level parking (cast in place on grade). The 114-bed assisted living facility sits on a .9 acre site and includes a mansard roof with cementitious Hardie Siding.
