Century 21 – Brooklyn

Completed in March 2009, this Century 21 project in Brooklyn, NY includes new construction of a 6-story parking structure and expansion of the current 16,000-square-foot home store located in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn.

This project posed unique challenges; not only were their tight confines of space, resulting in a lack of room for equipment, but working in a fully operational area was required. The store had to be constructed with the existing store remaining open seven days a week. However, EW Howell Construction Group met all contract requirements and the owner was very pleased with the completed product.
