AMC Theater

Since 2007, EW Howell Construction Group has completed a series of projects for AMC Theater.

Village 7

• 54,000 SF
• Interior renovation including new concessions, box office plus upgrades to lobby, bathrooms, and 8 auditoriums. Complete renovation to the exterior including a new curtainwall facade and GFRC exterior panels.
• Completed in November 2015

Roosevelt Field 8

• 44,000 SF
• Interior renovation, complete renovation to the exterior .
• Completed in December 2015

Bronx Bay Plaza

• 17,000 SF
• 2-phase project. Phase I included interior renovations, new paint and carpeting. Phase II included lower and upper lobby modifications, a new Guest Services area, and other improvements.
• Completed in September  2014

Rockville Centre

• 15,000 SF
• Remodel of the existing 2-story AMC Fantasy 5 Theater.
• Completed in April 2014

Fresh Meadows

• 10,000 SF
• Interior fit-out/renovation of existing theater including new ticket window and lobby.
• Completed in November 2012

Paramus, NJ

• 100,000 SF
• New movie theater; project included new 16 screens, ticket counters, and concession stands.
• Completed in May 2007
