Costco stores, multiple projects.

Locations:

• Addition – Staten Island, NY – Currently under construction, this Costco project consists of an addition to the existing store.
• Addition – East Hanover, NJ – This addition of the vestibule with enclosed canopy and tire center was 4,500 square feet. The project was completed in September of 2003.
• Renovation/Addition – Westbury, NY – EW Howell Construction Group acted as the General Contractor on the Costco Wholesale Store in Westbury, New York. The project was constructed in phases, ensuring that the store would remain open during construction. The project was completed in December of 2002. The loading dock was built as an addition; once completed, Howell renovated the chicken rotisserie, chocolate shop, meat and deli preparation areas, new food court, new pharmacy, and new point of service freezers and coolers along with a new optical area.
