EW Howell Construction Group acted as the general contractor for the new Ethan Allen Manhattan flagship store located at 1010 3rd Avenue, a specialty lifestyle retailer of quality home furnishings and the leader in providing one-stop interior design solutions. This project consisted of a 32,000-square-foot interior retail fit-out and demolition of the exterior façade. The new 4-story exterior system included GFRC accents.
