Located at 15 West 38th Street in Manhattan, this project includes a 10,000-square-foot renovation of existing office space for the US Headquarters for Hudson’s Bay Trading Company. Founded in 1670, they are North America’s longest continually operating company with nearly 500 retail outlets in Canada. The Hudson’s Bay Company’s U.S. banner operations include upscale specialty retailer Lord & Taylor.
