With 25,000 square feet of second floor space, the Music Choice Studio project consisted of new construction to provide a general office area, two studios, studio support spaces, technical spaces, bathrooms, and mechanical electrical areas for their facility. Music Choice utilized ground floor space as their main entrance lobby with an ornamental stair into the second-floor reception area.
