This Westfield Sunrise Mall project includes demolition of 4 tenant spaces, approximately 33,000 square feet for future restaurant space, and demolition of 33,000 square feet for the Strike City bowling alley. The project also consisted of site improvements including sidewalks, asphalt, and landscaping.

The Strike City bowling alley was installed at the lower level. The building was turned over at the lower level, but the plans had the future in mind as well. EW Howell Construction Group reinforced the steel structure to accommodate another story, which could include a movie theater space above the bowling alley in the future. The other square footage of the project was equipped with new utilities and fire-protection systems for restaurant services.
