The construction on the Broad Hollow Incubator Facility at SUNY Farmingdale was completed in two phases:

Phase I – Completed in 2002, it included a new laboratory which included 62 labs, a conference center, and lab support spaces.

Phase II – Completed in 2006, the new Farmingdale University Bio Research Laboratory building includes 50 additional labs, plus support space.
