Long Island Rail Road, Jamaica Central Control
EW Howell Construction Group completed an 18,800-square-foot interior office space renovation for the LIRR Jamaica Control Center (JCC) located at 144-41 94th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.
The LIRR Jamaica Control Center project included a renovation of office space on the 6th and 7th floors, new partition walls, floors, windows, bathrooms, and finishes. In addition, new MEP systems were installed including FM200 fire suppression systems and integrating new equipment into the existing building’s BMS system.
