1025 Fifth Avenue
The 1025 Fifth Avenue project in Manhattan, New York consists of renovation of existing building entry, demolition and installation of a new canopy, stone panels and sidewalks.
1025 Fifth Avenue is one of the most prestigious Fifth Avenue addresses, located between 83rd and 84th Streets, directly across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art on the Upper East Side. 1025 Fifth Avenue is a post-war building, marked by a long canopy that extends deeply to the actual entrance to the building lobby, which is set back, creating a gap between 1020 Fifth Ave, a stately pre-war co-op just south of 1025 Fifth, and three former mansions north of 1025 Fifth Ave. The actual building is composed of two mid-block buildings on 83rd and 84th Streets that are connected only at the lobby level.
