34 Leonard Street
EW Howell Construction Group was chosen to provide construction management services for 34 Leonard Street condominiums. Located in the TriBeCa section of Manhattan, this new residential building is approximately 54,800 square feet, eight stories, and includes 16 condominium units ranging in size from one- to three-bedroom layouts with a four-bedroom penthouse as the development’s pinnacle.
The units have luxury features including 10’ ceilings, oversized windows, gourmet kitchens, and high-end finishes across the living space. Amenities include a rooftop community terrace and garden, as well as private storage, a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a round-the-clock doorman, and a climate-controlled wine cellar and tasting room.
Development of the 34 Leonard Street project was unique for this area due to the oversized square footage of the high-end apartments and the limited edition number of apartments.
