South Brooklyn Hospital, 1st and 5th Floor Renovation

This South Brooklyn Hospital (formerly the Coney Island Hospital) project included the renovation and new construction of the First Floor Administration Offices and the Fifth Floor Radiology and Women’s Health Clinic. Work included temporary phasing work and temporary utilities, hazardous materials abatement, demolition of existing spaces, partitions, walls, doors, frames, hardware, radiation protection, millwork, finishes, electrical systems, HVAC systems, fire protection, and plumbing work.
