Hudson’s Bay Trading Company, U.S. Headquarters

Located at 15 West 38th Street in Manhattan, this project includes a 10,000-square-foot renovation of the 11th and 12th floors for the U.S. Headquarters for Hudson’s Bay Trading Company. The interior fit-out includes a spiral staircase connecting the floors, 20 offices, 4 conference rooms, cubical workspace, a reception area with skylights above, and a kitchen area.

Founded in 1670, they are North America’s longest continually operating company with nearly 500 retail outlets in Canada. The Hudson’s Bay Company’s U.S. banner operations include upscale specialty retailer Lord & Taylor.
