MTA / LIRR – Wyandanch Station Parking Garage

The Wyandanch Station Parking Garage design-build contract includes construction of a 250,000-square-foot, 5-story (ground level plus four decks) concrete parking structure with provisions for parking at all levels. Office space will be provided for use by the Wyandanch facility’s management and MTA police. Site work includes resurfacing of adjacent surface parking lot, access roads, new sidewalks, curb cuts, landscaping and utility relocations.

This project was completed in April 2015.
