The New York Botanical Garden, Mertz Library Elevator

This project saw the installation of an additional passenger elevator, which is located at the rotunda of the renown Mertz Library at the New York Botanical Garden.

Additionally, we completed reconstruction of a 3-story elevator shaft, construction of a new elevator control room at the basement, renovation of an IT room and storage room, relocation of an existing pantry, and MEP reconfiguration.
