Northwell Health, Smithtown Imaging

This 11,000-square-foot interior fit-out for the Northwell Health Smithtown Imaging Center includes new Patient & Staff support spaces, a new MRI, CT Scanner, Radiology & Steriotactic Rooms & Ultrasound.

With all of this equipment, EW Howell Construction Group collaborated with the imaging staff to meet requirements for equipment and specialized electrical and mechanical work. In addition to imaging technology, the facility is used for outpatient radiology-related services. These operations need even more equipment for certain procedures like breast cancer surgeries and biopsies targeting tumors.

This imaging facility offers a spa-like setting, extended hours for convenient appointments and spacious, free parking.
