EW Howell Construction Group completed the new Saks Fifth Avenue at the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington, New York. The 100,000-square-foot luxury department store features a fifty foot high atrium at its center with escalators leading up to the second floor. The facility was designed by Bridges and Lavin, Architects of New York City. EW Howell constructed the building’s shell including the MEP, steel and drywall. The firm also supervised Saks’ contractor in the construction of the fine finishes on this turn-key project.
