This project includes a 88,000-square-foot expansion and renovation to the Westfield South Shore Mall. The project consists of new building construction and renovation to an existing anchor building. The existing 3-story Macy’s is being two thirds removed by others. The remaining portion is be to modified for a fitness center on the 2nd floor consisting of basketball courts, racquetball courts, and swimming pools. Level 2 is to be modified into new tenant spaces with new mall concourse extending into the new Macy’s. Attached to the new Macy’s will be 8,100 square feet of new retail core/shell.
