This Westfield Sunrise Mall project includes demolition of 4 tenant spaces, approximately 33,000 square feet for future restaurant space and demolition of 33,000 square feet for a future Strike City bowling alley. The project also consisted of site improvements including sidewalks, asphalt, and landscaping.
