The Tiffany & Co. flagship store is located at Fifth Avenue & 57th Street in Manhattan. Completed in 1980, the expansion and renovation of the flagship store was designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron Architects. The project, a three-story vertical addition, required steel plates to be attached to existing beams to help the existing structure support the new addition. A new elevator was also installed. Façade work included new limestone and windows. The interior work included office space plus a large secured vault area.
