The 25,000-square-foot, 1-story UCP Suffolk Diagnostic Treatment Center facility, designed by Perkins Eastman Architects PC, offers primary and specialty medical, rehabilitative, mental health, and dental services to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and others in the Long Island community.

The facility includes a 1,030-square-foot mobility training area, a 1,375-square-foot Occupational/Physical Therapy area, exam rooms, as well as office and storage space. Special features such as oversized exam rooms, height adjustable exam tables, fiber optic dental equipment, and dual swivel dental exam chairs have been incorporated into the design and furnishings to make this Health Center truly accessible.
