Work on this contract was comprised of general construction, including mechanical and electrical, of an approximately 69,000-square-foot parcel distribution facility in addition to an approximately 5,267-square-foot automotive garage, a 450-square-foot guard house, and a 10′ x 10′ guard booth. (Completed in November 2013)
Asbestos abatement, demolition, site utility relocations and shutoff, as well as the historic building preservation. This project was a make-ready SWIPP construction with waterfront containment that oversees the New York City skyline. (Completed in October 2019)
Expansion of a 120-car parking garage, in addition to site improvements. (Completed in September 2023)
General Construction – Phase 5 – Modification of existing concrete structural beams, allowing additional height clearance at the existing warehouse space, as well as replacement of the water main and miscellaneous landscaping. (Completion scheduled for late 2026)
MEP renovation to the operating facility including installation of a new exhaust system for interior employee parking and updated light fixtures/emergency lights throughout. (Completed in October 2023)
Miscellaneous remedial work for the new UPS building. (Completed in June 2024)
Phase 3A – New interior loading docks at the existing 56-door facility to accommodate new conveyor and loading requirements. (Completed in December 2025)
