Cornell University ILR Expansion

EW Howell completed an interior renovation and expansion for the Cornell University ILR School (Industrial and Labor Relations), which is the leading college of the applied social sciences focusing on work, employment, and labor policy issues and practices of national and international significance.

6TH FLOOR EXTENSION

The scope of the 12,000-square-foot project included expanded public areas, conference rooms and teaching facilities. This expansion was completed in 2008.

4TH FLOOR OFFICE RENOVATION

This project consisted of renovating existing office space by 12,000 square feet. These renovations enhanced the educational experience for ILR School clients by improving the quality of their environment and providing comfortable teaching and public spaces supported by the latest technology.

The space was designed by Michael D. Szerbaty + Associates Architecture and features wood, glass, and stone materials.
