EW Howell completed an interior renovation and expansion for the Cornell University ILR School (Industrial and Labor Relations), which is the leading college of the applied social sciences focusing on work, employment, and labor policy issues and practices of national and international
significance.
6TH FLOOR EXTENSION
Size: 12,000 SF
The scope of the 12,000-square-foot project included expanded public areas, conference rooms and teaching facilities.
4TH FLOOR OFFICE RENOVATION
Size: 13,000 SF
Completed in 2011, the project consisted of a 12,000-square-foot renovation of existing office space. These renovations enhance the educational experience for clients of the ILR School, improving the quality of their environment and provide comfortable teaching and public spaces supported by the latest technology.
The space was designed by Michael D. Szerbaty + Associates Architecture and features wood, glass, and stone materials.
