W. 57th Street
A remodel of existing space including conversion of fitness area into guest rooms, 4,500 SF interior renovation of 1st and 2nd floors, and a renovation of the coat check rooms at the W. 57th Street location.
1335 Avenue of the Americas
Similarly, the project at 1335 Avenue of the Americas included a cosmetic renovation on the 37th and 38th floors.
