Hofstra University, Graduate Residence Hall

In August 2008, EW Howell Construction Group completed the Graduate Residence Hall on the Hofstra University campus in Hempstead, NY. This project included new construction of an 80,000-square-foot dormitory building for graduate and law students. Designed by Hillier Architecture, the 225-bed, five-story structure offers apartment/suite-style living. Each suite has multiple bedrooms, with shared common spaces, kitchenettes, and bathrooms.
