Shoreham Army Reserve Center Rendering

Shoreham Army Reserve Center

In June 2009, EW Howell began working on permanent construction on the Shoreham Army Reserve Center. This included an Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) building that was approximately 4,800 square feet.

The 53,000-square-foot Training Center addition featured:

  • Reinforced concrete foundations
  • Structural steel frames
  • Masonry veneer walls
  • Standing-seam metal roofs
  • HVAC systems
  • Antiterrorism blast-proof windows and doors
  • Fire protection, security and electrical systems

The Shoreham Army Reserve Center is an existing U.S. Army training facility that required alteration and addition to meet the Army’s needs.
