Park Avenue Synagogue, Life Long Learning Center

The Life Long Learning Center Renovation project at Park Avenue Synagogue involved the renovation and expansion of 11 East 89th Street (Former Trevor Day School).

The work in the building is approximately 16,000 gross square feet and includes the demolition of all interior finishes and services within the building’s exterior walls. Additionally, work includes the repair/restoration of the existing façade to remain and replacement of windows.

Complete structural modifications were done to the existing floor structure at all levels from the ground floor to the 6th Floor. New MEP systems and new vertical transportation were completed as well.
